血压计零点及袖带位置对血压测量值的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的通过对血压计零点不同位置及袖带与听诊器胸件不同位置关系所测血压值的比较,探讨适合的血压测量方法。方法在临床各科随机抽取住院患者230例随机分为A组110例和B组120例。A组采用血压计零点置于不同位置的测量,B组采用袖带与听诊器胸件不同位置关系的测量,采用自身对照的方法。分别对两组所测血压值进行比较。结果 A组血压计零点3种不同位置测量的血压值比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);B组听诊器胸件置于袖带内的血压值均低于袖带在肘窝上2~3 cm处的血压值,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论测量血压时血压计可以放置于便于操作的位置,但袖带不应缠绕在肘窝肱动脉处,即听诊器胸件不宜放置于袖带内。 Objective Compare blood pressure values through the different position of zero sphygmomanometer and the different locations relationship of cuff and stethoscope chest pieces,and investigate blood pressure measurement for clinical operation.Methods 230 cases of hospitalized patients in different clinical sections were random divided into two groups.The 110 patients in group A received blood pressure measurement with different locations of zero sphygmomanometer measurement,while 120 patients with different locations relationship of cuff and stethoscope chest pieces in group B.And compare the blood pressure values of patients in two groups with Self-control methods.Result The blood pressure values of patients in group A didn't change with 3 different locations of zero sphygmomanometer and it showed no statistical difference(P〉0.05),While the blood pressure values in group B were lower in the cuff stethoscope chest pieces than cuffs in the cubital fossa on the 2~3 cm.It showed statistical different(P〈0.05).Conclusion When measuring blood pressure sphygmomanometer can be placed in the position to facilitate operation,but should not be wrapped cuff brachial artery in the cubital fossa,the stethoscope chest piece can not be placed within the cuff.
