On Liang Qi-chao's Poetics Theory and the Modern Transformation of Chinese Poetics

梁启超的诗学理论与中国诗学的现代转型尚未引起学界的足够重视。其早期诗学理论主要围绕诗歌创作如何创新,从意境、语句、风格三个方面阐述,在导引新风的同时蕴含着理论危机;其后期诗学理论中对审美主体的关注、对情感表现的倡导、对文言白话的比较和对新诗艺术的阐释等方面,均凸显出他对中国新诗发展中存在问题的思考,对中国诗学理论的现代转型作出了独特的贡献。

Liang Qi-chao＇ s poetics theory and the modern transformation of Chinese poetics have not yet got enough attention of the academic circles. His early theory mainly focused on innovation elaborated in three aspects including article conception, statement, and style, which guided the new trend while contained theory crisis at the same time. His later theory concentrated on aesthetic subjects, the advocacy of emotional expression, the comparison between classical Chinese and vernacular , and the elaboration of the new verse, which reflected his thinking about the problems existing in the process of the development of Chinese new verse. In conclusion, Liang Qi-chao makes a unique contribution to the modern transformation of Chinese poehcs.
