Takes China's Acceding GPA As Golden Opportunity,Expanding the Cooperation Between China Mainland and Chinese Taipei

建立海峡两岸政府采购协议(GPA)平台,是进一步推进和深化两岸合作,确保实现的有力保障。两岸正处在GPA有效合作的一个难得的"窗口期"。两岸GPA合作有着独特的优势,也存在一定的障碍,这将考验也将进一步证明两岸人民的智慧。本文为此提供了一些对策思考。

Meanwhile China is acceding GPA and just signing ECFA, discussing and constructing the Frameworks based on GPA between China mainland and Chinese Taipei can deepen and strengthen the cooperation of the two sides of the Strait, and implement the ECFA more steadily. Two sides have only a window phase and it is a fleeting opportunity. There are many big advantages for the two sides＇ cooperation and many barriers also, so we Chinese shall overcome the problems and make a new history. The article discusses and presents some proposals on this issue.
