摘要
今天对于每一位中国企业的经营者来说,把美好的愿望化为实实在在的收获,似乎遇到了比预计更多的困难:不仅市场的格局在变,竞争的手段在变,财富聚集的速度在变,企业的管理方式和成长战略也在变,因此中国企业需要寻找到新的成长方式。这个新的成长方式可称之为价值成长,以这样的方式成长的企业即为价值型企业。首先,提出价值模型,在了解中国企业在一个什么样的经济环境中成长起来的基础上,构建价值型企业的模型;其次,提出价值战略,即价值增长、突破边界、回归终端;随后,探讨如何完成价值实现:在中国本土市场领先,融合新的驱动要素,重塑新的管理;最后,探讨如何实现价值持续,即探讨真正融入全球化的企业所具备的现实条件和文化基础。
The difficulty seems to beyond Chinese entrepreneurs when they try to transform their dream to the true rewards.The structure of market is changing,so is competitive method,the speed of gathering wealth,business management way and growth strategy.Therefore,Chinese enterprises have to find new way to grow,which is named value growth in this paper,and enterprise qualified is called value-type enterprise.In this paper.the value-type enterprise model is proposed first based on the knowledge of Chinese enterprise's economic setting;then,the value strategy is proposed which consist of value increase,break through the boarder,and return to the terminal.The paper also focuses on the realization of value,which includes the leadership in Chinese market,the integration of new driven factors and the reshaping of new management.The last part of the paper is centered on how to maintain the value,which explores the current condition and cultural base that a true global enterprise should have.
