摘要
知识管理是适应知识时代的需要而产生的。高职示范校要深入理解知识管理的理论内涵,积极开展改革,使高职校企合作的动力机制、约束及持续驱动机制、组织文化建设机制及保障机制等方面有深刻的变化,在最大范围内实现知识的生产、传播、创新功能,为社会输送合格人才,使教育价值增值。
Knowledge management has appeared to meet the needs of the knowledge age.To launch model schools project,we should further understand the theoretical connotation of knowledge management and advance reform,so that we can make great changes in dynamic mechanism of school-business cooperation,in restraint and lasting-driving mechanisms,in the mechanism for building and guaranteeing organizational culture.In that way,we can realize the producing,spreading and creating functions of knowledge for providing the society with qualified graduates and for making education value-added.
