创新型中小企业价值评估方法研究——以东软集团公司为例

Study on Valuation Method for Innovative SMEs——A Case Study of Neusoft Group Company

以东软集团所属风险投资公司的投资后年度企业价值评估为例,分析其目前企业价值评估的现状与存在的问题,提出相对应的改进建议,并用蒙特卡罗方法模拟测算公司价值以改进净现金流法对中小企业价值评估的适应性问题。

Taking Venture Capital Company of Neusoft Group as an example,this paper analyzed the company＇s annual enterprise value evaluation.Based on the analysis,the autor discussed the current problems and proposed suggestions for improvement.Lastly,Monte Carlo simulation was applied to measure the value of the company in order to improve the adaptability of net cash flow method in valueing the SMEs.
