摘要
本文考察了一步法、分步法共混及动态硫化法对PVC/CM共混体系性能的影响.实验结果表明:分步法性能最差,动态硫化法性能最好。动态硫化强度可达到12MPa以上,其CM/DCP/TALC最佳用量比为30/0.6/0.4,最佳硫化温度为165℃。动态硫化制备的弹性体经过3次以内的翻炼,力学性能基本保持不变,说明制备的共混物具有良好的热塑性。但翻炼超过5次,材料性能下降较大。
Influence of the one-step, step by step and dynamic vulcanization blending methods on properties of PVC/CM. Experimental results show that the step by step mixing method is worst, and dynamic vulcanization method is the best. The tensile strength of dymamic vulcanization elastomer is more than 12MPa. In the dynamic vulcanization system, the best ratio of CM/DCP/TALC is 30/0.6/0.4 and the best curing temperature is 165℃. The elastomeric properties remain within 3 times mixing. But more than 5 times, material properties decrease.
