摘要
初步研究了用盐酸羟胺、十二烷基硫酸钠、吐温、氨水等不同的化学试剂对尿激酶酸性复合物的解离作用.选择了氨水作为解离剂,确定了解离条件,以0.5mol氨水,解离30min为最好,此时尿激酶的总活力可提高3.65倍.
The dissociation of acid complex compound of urokinase by sodium oxyammonia chloride,dodecyl sulphate,Tween 80,ammonia water was studied.Ammonia water was selected as dissociating agent and the favourable condition for dissociation was confirmed:0.5mol ammonia water and time for dissociation was 30 min.Under this favourable condition of dissociation,the activties of urokinase has increased by 3.65 times.
