摘要
通过对污泥在流化床中的能量利用、结团特性及燃烧过程的分析,并在大型流化床上进行了焚烧试验,测定了烟气排放及灰渣中重金属的排放.结果表明,造纸污泥在流化床内有着十分利于焚烧的结团特性,污泥在流化床内能稳定运行并能得到较高的燃烧效率,烟气排放及重金属含量都可以满足环保要求,而不会造成二次污染.这为造纸厂废水污泥的处置开辟了一条新的有效的途径.
In this paper,the new technology of paper mill sludge incineration in fluidized bed(FB) is developed.Sludge energy recover、agglomeration and combustion process in FB are analyzed.In the mean time,experiments of sludge incineration in a pilot scale FB has been carried out,emmission of NO x、SO 2、CO、Cl 2、HCl and some heavy metals in ash are also measured.The results show that the sludge has a good phenomenton of agglomeration,which is very helpful to its complete combustion.The FB operates steady and a high combustion efficiency is obtained,in addition the emmission of flue gas and ash can meet environmental limits very well.Therefore,the new technology will provide a clean、effective、advanced method for treatment of paper mill sludges and has a widely application.
