摘要
当课堂教学不再简单地被看作是教师讲授知识、学生接受知识的过程,开始关注教学过程中"人"的因素,关注教师与学生的互动,学生与学生的互动,教学过程便或多或少地生成出一些新元素。这些新元素引导着教学过程成为师生共同经历真实生命的过程。在此背景下,本文在对"资源"做出解释的基础上,探讨"资源"生成对于教师、学生及教学的重要意义,分析当前课堂教学中"资源"生成面临的尴尬问题,并以教师为着眼点探究课堂教学中促进"资源"生成的教学智慧。
Classroom teachingis nolonger simply considered as the process in which teacher teach students knowledge and students accept knowledge . The human factor is involved in the teaching. The interaction between teacher and student(s) ,the interaction between students are given more and more attention to.Some newelements generate whichlead the teaching become a process of teacher and students experiencing their real lives. This article explains the connotation of generative resources , explores the significance of generative resource toteacher ,students andteaching,and analysisthe awkward problems duringthe resource generatingin teaching,helps to develop the teachers’instructive wisdomof prompting resources’generating.
