摘要
自然伽马测井仪的现场校验完全依赖于自然伽马刻度器,通过对自然伽马刻度器标称值的不确定度进行评定,建立数学模型,找出构成标称值不确定度的要素并分析其分量组成,得出合成标准不确定度,以此来判断自然伽马刻度器标称值的离散大小和标定精度,保证自然伽马测井仪现场刻度的准确性。
Local testing of natural Gamma logging tool built upon Gamma calibration device,we evaluated uncertainty about scale value of natural gamma calibration device,and established a mathematical model to identify the elements constitute about the measurement uncertainty,analyzed of their component composition,gave the relative combined standard uncertainty,estimated the dispersing of scale value and precision to ensure accuracy of calibration on the spot.
