颌间弹性牵引治疗颞下颌关节窝骨折的临床观察

摘要 颏部对冲伤常常导致颏部骨折或髁状突颈部骨折,直接导致关节窝骨折的在临床上较少见。颞下颌关节位于颅底,关节窝骨折后如何有效地恢复患者原有的关节窝解剖学形态和咬殆功能是治疗的关键问题,国内尚未见相关文献报道。笔者初步尝试颌间弹性牵引技术治疗颞下颌关节窝骨折患者5例,取得了良好的效果,报道如下。
