体外受精周期中促排卵治疗采卵后发生卵巢扭转一例 被引量：2

摘要 患者女，24岁，身高156cm，体重47k。人工流产后未避孕2年未孕，患者分别于2006、2007年人工流产2次，之后采取避孕套避孕。2008年年开始解除避孕措施，性生活正常一直未孕。2008年底在当地医院行子宫输卵管造影提示双侧输卵管通而不畅，当时未予处理。
