摘要
以CO2为活化剂,制备PAN基活性炭织物。进行了孔结构的表征(氮吸附)、苯吸附及碘吸附实验。结果表明,用CO2为活化剂所得活性炭织物的比表面比用水蒸汽或KOH等要低,前者产品的孔分布比后者窄。但当使用纯CO2时所得产品的孔分布比用普通CO2时为窄。
General grade and pure CO2 were used as activation agents to prepare the precursor of molecular sieve carbon felt (MSCF) .By controlling the activating conditions,PAN based ACF were produced.Pore structure was measured by nitrogen,benzene and iodine adsorptions.Results show that the BET surface area of the activaled carbon felt is ,significantly lower when using CO2 activator than those of the resultant activated carbon felt by using water vapor and KOH etc.as activators.The pore size distribution of the former product is wider than the latter product.Further,the pore size distribution of activated carbon felt when using pure CO2 is narrower than that of activated product by using general grade CO2 as activator.The content of macropore of the former product is lower than that of the latter.
