摘要
目的观察葱白提取物对创伤性下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)形成兔血清超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的影响。方法随机将新西兰白兔分为模型对照组、葱白防治组和葱白治疗组。按照赵学凌的方法构建兔DVT模型,造模成功后模型组给予生理盐水,葱白治疗组给予葱白提取物1周,葱白防治组于造模前持续给予葱白提取物1周,造模后同葱白治疗组给药。检测造模前后SOD和MDA的变化。结果造模成功后,各组均出现不同程度的下肢弥散性肿胀,其中葱白防治组肿胀程度明显低于模型组及葱白治疗组;造模7天后拆除石膏,各组动物均无明显的肿胀,其皮下淤血面积以葱白防治组为小。与造模前比较,两治疗组血清SOD水平明显增加,MDA水平明显下降(均P<0.01);与模型组比较,第3、7天葱白防治组和葱白治疗组SOD水平明显增加,MDA水平明显降低(均P<0.01);葱白防治组优于葱白治疗组(P<0.05)。结论葱白提取物可以清除氧自由基,提高抗氧化能力,其防治DVT机制可能与减少抗氧化损伤有关。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of welsh-onion stalk extract anti-oxidative injury via detecting superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) expressions,and the possible mechanisms.Methods 24 New Zealand white rabbits were randomized into 3 groups as: model group,welsh-onion stalk prevention and treatment group and welsh-onion stalk treatment group.Deep venous thrombosis was induced in rabbits according to Zhao Xueling's method.The normal group was given noamal saline.The welsh-onion stalk treatment group was given one week welsh-onion stalk extract.The welsh-onion stalk prevention-treatment group was made by one week feeding welsh-onion stalk extract before modeling,after which was the same as welsh-onion stalk treatment group.Statistical analysis was conducted after the data of SOD and MDA before and after modeling.Results The modeled rats showed diffuse swelling in lower limbs,with lighter swelling in rats in welsh-onion stalk prevention-treatment group than that in the rest groups.No obvious swelling was observed at 7th day when the plaster was removed.However,the area of subcutaneous congestion in the welsh-onion stalk prevention-treatment group was smaller than the rest groups.Compared with the treatment group,the rest groups were observed significant increases in serum SOD level and obvious decreases in MDA level(P0.01).Compared with model group,the prevention-treatment group and the treatment group showed statistically effective at all time periods(P0.01).The 3rd day showed no significant difference between the two treatment groups,while statistical significance was observed at 7th day.Conclusion Welsh-onion stalk extract enhances anti-oxidation via eliminating oxygen free radicals.The prevention-treatment group was observed an effect superior to the treatment group.This may be related to reducing oxidative injury.
