摘要
目的研究神农香菊植株中绿原酸的含量,探讨绿原酸在神农香菊不同营养器官中的分布规律。方法使用D IONEX-ACCLAIM.120 C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;磷酸盐缓冲溶液(pH=2.5)-甲醇为流动相;流速为0.5mL/m in;柱温为35℃;检测波长为350nm。结果绿原酸在神农香菊中的含量分布为全草>叶>茎>花,其在全草中的含量最高,绿原酸在0.024-0.384μg范围内呈线形关系,平均回收率为97.448%,r=0.9999,RSD为0.9%。结论可以使用神农香菊的全草部分作为其有效成分绿原酸的代替品。本实验为扩大神农香菊的药用部位、提高其药用价值提供了科学依据。
Objective To study the content of Chlorogenic acid in Dendranthema indicum,and to identify the distribution of Chlorogenic acid in different vegetative organs of Dendranthema indicum.Methods The HPLC conditions with DIONEX-ACCLAIM.120 C18 column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)was used,the mobile phase was composed of PBS(pH=2.5) and methanol;flow rate was 0.5mL/min;column temperature was 35℃;the detective wavelength was 350nm.Results the distribution of Chlorogenic acid in Dendranthema indicum was herbaleaves Stemsflowers,and the highest content was in herba of Dendranthema indicum.The range of Chlorogenic acid was0.024μg to 0.384μg,r = 0.9999,the averagere covery was 97.448%,RSD was 0.9%.Conclutions The herba of Dendranthema indicum can be used as its active ingredient-Chlorogenic acid,which expands the Dendranthema indicum's medicinal parts to enhance its medicinal value of the foundation.
