糖尿病心血管自主神经病变的诊治现状 被引量:17

摘要 糖尿病心血管自主神经病变(cardiovascularautonomicdiabeticneuropathy,CADN)发病隐匿,明显的临床症状可出现在病程较长的患者,临床表现多样,其引起的无痛性心肌梗死可致严重心律失常、心源性猝死而威胁生命。目前尚无统一诊断标准,糖尿病患者CADN发病率差异大,达1%~90%。早期诊治可延缓病情进展,晚期CADN呈不可逆改变。本文介绍CADN的诊治现状。
