c-met基因和趋化因子受体4的表达与大肠癌肝转移的关系 被引量:2

Expression of c-met and CXCR4 in colorectal cancer and the relationship with liver metastasis

摘要 目的探讨c-met基因和趋化因子受体4(CXCR4)在癌旁正常组织、大肠腺瘤、大肠癌组织中的表达及其与大肠癌发生、发展和肝转移的关系。方法回顾性对15例癌旁正常组织、15例大肠腺瘤及48例大肠癌组织采用EliVisionTM plus免疫组织化学方法检测c-met和CXCR4的表达水平,分析二者相关性及其与肝转移等临床病理因素的关系。结果 c-met和CXCR4在癌旁正常组织及大肠腺瘤中的表达均低于大肠癌组织,癌旁正常组织与大肠腺瘤之间差异无统计学意义,c-met和CXCR4在大肠肝转移组的表达高于无肝转移组,并与淋巴结转移及大肠癌Duke分期有关,与年龄、性别、部位及分化程度无关,c-met和CXCR4在大肠癌的表达有显著相关性。结论 c-met和CXCR4的表达存在相关性,与大肠癌的发生、发展和肝转移有关。 Objective To explore the expression of c-met and CXCR4 in surrounding normal colorectal tissue,colorectal adenoma,colorectal cancer,and the relationship with development and liver metastasis of colorectal cancer.Methods Expression of c-met and CXCR4 was detected by EliVisionTM plus immunohisto chemical method in 15 normal colorectal mucosa,15 colorectal adenoma,48 colorectal cancer.The correlation of c-met and CXCR4 and their relationship of clinicopathologic characteristics including liver metastasis,lymphatic metastasis,Dukes staging,age,sex,location and differentiation was demonstrated.Results Expression of c-met and CXCR4 in normal colorectal tissue and colorectal adenoma was significantly lower than that in colorectal cancer.There was no difference between normal colorectal tissue and colorectal adenoma.Expression of c-met and CXCR4 in colorectal cancer with liver metastasis was significantly higher than that with no liver metastasis,and was relevant with lymphatic metastasis and Dukes staging but irrelevant with age,sex,location and differentiation.The expression of c-met in colorectal cancer was correlative with that of CXCR4.Conclusions The expression of c-met and CXCR4 in colorectal cancer is correlative and associated with carcinogenesis,development and liver metastasis in colorectal cancer.
