摘要
目的探讨血浆中生长分化因子-15(GDF-15)分泌水平与冠状动脉扩张及冠状动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法选择北京协和医院行冠状动脉造影的部分患者,根据冠状动脉造影结果分组,冠状动脉扩张组26例(单纯冠状动脉扩张14例;冠状动脉扩张合并动脉粥样硬化12例),冠状动脉粥样硬化组36例,冠状动脉正常组30例。用ELISA法检测血浆GDF-15水平。结果冠状动脉扩张组的血浆GDF-15水平与冠状动脉粥样硬化组及冠状动脉造影正常组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中冠状动脉扩张组GDF-15水平[322.5(281.6,391.2)ng/L]最高,冠状动脉粥样硬化组[211.4(170.2,297.3)ng/L]最低。进一步根据冠状动脉的损伤程度分亚组分析后,各组之间GDF-15水平具有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中冠状动脉扩张合并动脉粥样硬化组[354.3(315.75,567.9)ng/L]GDF-15水平最高,冠状动脉粥样硬化组[211.4(169.1,278.9)ng/L]最低。结论冠状动脉扩张与冠状动脉粥样硬化不同病理阶段,GDF-15的分泌水平存在显著差异,GDF-15可能是冠状动脉扩张抵抗冠状动脉粥样硬化分泌的保护性因子。
Objective To study the relationship between the plasma growth differentiation factor-15 (GDF-15) level with the ectasia and atherosclerosis of coronary artery.Methods Ninty-two cases undergone Coronary angiography in our hospital were collected and divided into three groups:group A,26 patients with the coronary artery ectasia(7 cases of isolated coronary artery ectasia;19 cases of the coronary artery ectasia coexisting a small amount of plaque) ;group B,36 patients with coronary atherosclerosis;group C,30 patients with normal angiograph.Plasma GDF-15 level were measured by ELISA method.Results There are significant differences among three groups on GDF-15 level (P 〈 0.01).Further sub-group analysis,there are still significant differences in each group on GDF-15 level (P 〈 0.01).Conclusions GDF-15 plays different roles in pathology between the ectasia and atherosclerosis of coronary artery and on the function of heart.
