急性冠状动脉综合征患者外周血单个核细胞核因子-κB和糖皮质激素受体及活化蛋白-1的表达 被引量:3

Change of the nuclear protein level of NF-κB,AP-1 and GR in patients with acute coronary syndrome

摘要 目的探讨核因子-κB(NF-κB)、糖皮质激素受体(GR)和活化蛋白-1(AP-1)的核内蛋白水平的变化与急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)的关系。方法初步诊断为冠心病并行选择性冠状动脉造影患者共52例。其中急性心肌梗死(AMI)14例,不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)14例;稳定型心绞痛(SAP)患者13例,冠状动脉造影正常者11例。采用Western-blot法检测外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)NF-κB、GR和AP-1蛋白表达水平的变化。结果 ACS组NF-κBp65、c-Jun/AP-1蛋白表达水平较SAP组和对照组明显增高(P<0.05);ACS组GR-α蛋白表达水平较SAP组和对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论 ACS患者与SAP患者比较,存在NF-κB、AP-1的激活和GR的抑制。 Objective To explore the expression change of NF-κB,GR and AP-1 in patients with acute coronary syndrome.Methods Fifty-two patients with coronary heart disease,enrolled in our hospital.All of them were underwent immediately or selectively coronary angiography(CAG).The protein expression of NF-κB,GR and AP-1 in PBMC was detected by Western Blotting assay,and semi-quantity image analysis was done.Results The protein expression of NF-κB p65 and c-Jun/AP-1 in PBMC in acute coronary syndrome(ACS) group was significantly higher than that in SAP group and control group (P 〈 0.05).The protein expression of GR-α in PBMC in ACS group was significantly lower than that in SAP group and control group (P 〈 0.05).Conclusions The ACS patients had the activation of NF-κB p65,c-Jun and the inhibition of GR in PBMC.
