摘要
本文根据复合材料与电磁波相互作用的理论，利用平均场的方法得到了长波长近似下复合材料的有效介电系数〈ε〉。
In this paper,by applying the theory that composite materials and electromagnetic waves interact on each other,and by using the mean field approach,the authors have obtained the effective dielectric function of composite materials and the results are analyzed and discussed.
