摘要 一种新型采煤机电缆采用高强度、高弯曲性能的航空用绞合细钢丝绳作为导体的抗拉构件,用六类镀锡软铜线分层编织在抗拉构件上构成控制线芯导体;用六类镀锡软铜线束绞后再分层复绞在抗拉构件上构成动力线芯导体;线芯成缆后采用机械物理性能优异的以氯丁胶为基料的混合橡皮直接挤包成电缆护套(无填充),提高了电缆的抗冲击、抗挤压和抗弯曲等性能,延长了采煤机电缆的使用寿命,满足了井下采煤机生产的需要,完全可以替代进口产品。 A new type of coal mining cable was developed,in which highly flexible stranded fine steel wires for the a-viation application are used as the tensile member of the conductor.Class 6 flexible tinned copper wires are braided in layers on the tensile member to form the control conductors.Class 6 flexible tinned copper wires are bunched and lay-er-stranded on the tensile member to form the power conductors.A neoprene based rubber compound having excellent mechanical and physical properties is extruded directly(free of filler) on the conductor assembly to form the sheath.The new cable construction improves impact resistance,pressure resistance and bending resistance of the cable,lengthens cable service life and meets the requirements of underground coal mining.It can be substituted for imports.
