摘要
对合成氨净化系统中温换热器管程出口水煤气温度下降、系统压力降逐步上升的原因进行了分析,结果发现,中温换热器水煤气一侧的"U"列管内附着大量黑色细小煤粉和结晶物造成了阻力增大。通过清洗换热器消除了阻塞,同时提出了预防措施,避免再次事故发生。
By analyze the phnomenon of temperature decrease of the water gas on the tube side heat exchanger exit and the increase of system pressure in synthetic ammonia cleaning system during the text. The researcher found that the problem comes from the blockage of coal power in U tube, and the preventive measures were put forward
