3种不同蛋白质饲料对雏鹅消化道微环境的影响

Effect of Three Different Protein Feeds on Gastrointestinal Micro-environment of Green Gooses

摘要 为弄清不同蛋白质饲料对雏鹅消化道微环境的影响,选取300只1日龄雏鹅,随机分为3个组,在日粮中分别添加3.0%的血粉、膨化血粉、鱼粉,饲养28 d后对其胃内容物蛋白酶活性、胰腺消化酶活性、十二指肠内容物消化酶活性、盲肠微生物菌群数量进行测定。结果表明,3种不同蛋白质饲料处理的消化酶活性依次为3.0%鱼粉组>3.0%膨化血粉组>3.0%血粉组,与盲肠内容物微生物菌群比例测定结果一致,3.0%鱼粉组和3.0%膨化血粉组的试验数据接近。考虑到生产中鱼粉的成本高于血粉,所以可以用膨化血粉代替鱼粉添加于雏鹅日粮中。 The protease activity in gastric content,digestive enzyme activity in pancreas and duodenum contents and microbial population quantity in caecums of green gooses with one-day fed by daily rations with different protein feeds were determined after 28 days to study the effect of different protein feeds on gastrointestinal environment of green gooses.The results showed that the digestive enzyme activity and microbial population quantity in caecums of green gooses fed by the daily ration with 3.0% fish meal were the highest,followed by green gooses fed by the daily ration with 3.0% puffed dried blood and green gooses fed by the daily ration with 3.0% dried blood.Because the difference between 3.0% fish meal group and 3.0% puffed dried blood group is not obvious and the cost of fish meal is higher than dried blood,the puffed dried blood should be used in daily ration for green gooses.
