2020年天津市农村居民点用地整理潜力研究

Land Consolidation Potentiality of Rural Residential Area of Tianjin in 2020

为科学指导天津市农村居民点整理工作,采用文献资料法、定性分析和定量计算相结合的方法,对天津市市区外12区县的农村居民点用地整理潜力进行测算。结果显示:天津市农村居民点用地整理潜力面积65 762.04 hm2,整理潜力系数75.80%,增加耕地面积41 443.24 hm2,增加耕地系数47.77%,将天津市各区县增加耕地系数与国家土地整理规划有关规定相结合,把天津市各区县划分为3个整理等级。天津市农村居民点用地整理潜力较大,可有效缓解土地用地矛盾。

The land consolidation potentiality of rural residential area in 12 districts（counties） of Tianjin was calculated by using documentary literature,and combined qualitative and quantitative analysis to provide the scientific basis for its land consolidation in rural residential area.The results show that the potential area and consolidation potential coefficient of land consolidation in rural residential area is 65762.04hm2 and 75.80% and its increase arable land area and coefficient is 41443.24hm2 and 47.77% respectively.There are three consolidation grades in 12 districts（counties） of Tianjin according to the increase arable coefficient and national land consolidation planning.The land consolidation potentiality of rural residential area is great,which can effectively relieve land contradiction in Tianjin.
