摘要
回顾了关于耕地可持续利用研究的理论进展和发展脉络,着重梳理了该领域的几个重大问题,主要包括地权稳定性与耕地可持续利用、耕地占补平衡机制、土地整理与耕地可持续利用、农户水土保持行为的影响因素、耕地保护的已有法律体系及其重构和国际比较等,最后提出有待发展的研究方向。
The paper reviews theoretical progress and development vein of arable land sustainable utilization,analyzes its influencing factors including land ownership stability,equilibrium mechanism of arable land occupation and compensation,land consolidation and water and soil conservation behavior of peasant households,compares the existent law system and reconstruction with other countries,and puts forward its further research direction.
