参参康心滴丸对实验性脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠血液流变学的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨参参康心滴丸对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠血液流变学指标的影响。方法将60只大鼠随机分为假手术组,模型组,阳性对照组,参参康心滴丸低、中、高剂量组,每组10只,采用大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型(CIRI),各组灌胃生理盐水及相应药物,观察参参康心滴丸对脑缺血再灌注损伤模型大鼠血浆黏度、全血黏度、血沉以及红细胞刚性指数、变形指数、聚集指数、红细胞压积的影响。结果参参康心滴丸能显著降低脑缺血再灌注损伤模型大鼠的血浆黏度、全血黏度、血沉、红细胞压积以及刚性指数、聚集指数,并可显著升高红细胞的变形指数(P<0.01或P<0.05),且参参康心滴丸高剂量组对各项指标的改善作用显著优于中低剂量组(P<0.05)。结论参参康心滴丸对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠的血液流变学指标有显著改善作用。 Objective To investigate the effects of Shenshen Kangxin Drop Pill on the blood rheology of experimental rats with cerebral ischemia and reperfusion damage.Methods 60 rats were randomly divided into sham operation group,model group,positive control group,Shenshen Kangxin Drop Pill low,middle and high-dose group,every group was 10 rats.Adopted the rat model with cerebral ischemia and reperfusion damage,all groups were administered saline and the corresponding drugs,and observed the effects of Shenshen Kangxin Drop Pill on plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity,blood sedimentation,RBC rigid index,erythrocyte deformation index,aggregation index and hematocrit of model rats with cerebral ischemia and reperfusion damage.Results Shenshen Kangxin Drop Pill could obviously decrease the plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity,blood sedimentation,hematocrit,RBC rigid index and aggregation index,and obviously increase erythrocyte deformation index(P0.01 or P0.05),and the effect of Shenshen Kangxin Drop Pill high-dose group was obviously superior to middle and low-dose group (P0.05).Conclusion Shenshen Kangxin Drop Pill has obvious improving effects on the index of blood rheology of the rat with cerebral ischemia and reperfusion damage.
