摘要
目的测定三黄微粉栓体外溶出度。方法依据《中国药典》2005年版溶出度测定法项下规定,进行三黄微粉栓体外溶出实验,用紫外分光光度法测定样品吸光度值,计算累积溶出率。结果三黄微粉溶出液在7.59~265.58μg/mL线性关系良好(r=0.9998);平均回收率为99.4%,RSD为0.95%;吸收度RSD为0.86%,稳定性符合要求;三黄微粉栓在30min时的溶出度达到87.04%,75min达到95.78%,说明三黄微粉栓溶出迅速而充分。结论此法测定三黄微粉栓体外溶出度简单易行、稳定可靠。
Objective To determine the external dissolution of Sanhuang Powder Suppository.Metho-ds According to the stipulate of detecting method of dissolution in China pharmacopoeia of 2005 edition,the experiment of external dissolution of Sanhuang Powder Suppository was conducted,the Absorbency of samples was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry,and calculated the cumulative dissolution rate.Results The linear correlation of dissloution liquid of Sanhuang Powder was well in 7.59 to 265.58 μg/mL(r=0.9998),the average recovery was 99.4 %,RSD was 0.95 %,RSD of Absorbance was 0.86 %,the stability accorded with the demands,the dissolution of Sanhuang Powder Suppository was 87.04 % at 30 minutes,was 95.78 % at 75 minutes,made clear that the dissloution of Sanhuang Powder Suppository was rapid and full.Conclusion The method detecting the external dissolution of Sanhuang Powder Suppository is simple and stable and reliable.
