等离子下鼻甲消融与吸切器下鼻甲成形术对鼻腔功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的比较等离子下鼻甲部分消融术与吸切器下鼻甲成形术对鼻腔功能的影响。方法 82例慢性鼻阻塞的患者,45例行低温等离子消融术(CAT),37例行吸切器下鼻甲成形术(MAT)。术前、术后1、3、6个月,对患者鼻堵和满意程度采用视觉模拟评分(VAS)比较。结果 CAT组术中出血较对照组明显减少,术后1个月患者鼻堵程度和下鼻甲体积较术前均有明显改善,但两组改善程度无统计学意义。术后3个月两种术式疗效均稳定且CAT组鼻堵程度进一步改善,术后6个月时两种术式疗效稳定。结论等离子下鼻甲部分消融术与吸切器下鼻甲成形术对改善慢性鼻阻症状均有良好的疗效,但前者长期疗效更佳。 Objective To compare the effects of coblation inferior turbinate reduction and inferior turbinectomy by debrider on nasal function.Methods 82 patients that had chronic nasal obstruction and turbinate hypertrophy were involved in this study.45 cases underwent coblation inferior turbinate reduction(group CAT),and 37 cases were treated with inferior turbinectomy with debrider(group MAT).Postopative changes of nasal obstruction and degree of satisfaction were evaluated by Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) at 1,2 and 6 months after treatment in the two groups.Results The blood loss was less in group CAT than that in group MAT.The severity and the frequency of nasal obstruction were significantly improved in both groups one month after treatment,and these improvements were also significant three months and six months after treatment.Conclusion Coblation inferior turbinectomy and inferior turbinectomy with debrider are both effective in treatment of nasal obstruction in patients with turbinate hypertrophy,but oblation inferior turbinectomy would be a better one regarding long term effect.
