一孔双视微创胆囊切除术100例临床体会 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨一孔双视微创胆囊切除术(DMIC)的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析收治的100例胆石症、胆囊炎、胆囊息肉、胆总管结石经DMIC应用情况。结果 DMIC 100例,胆管损伤1例,扩大切口完成手术。术中出血2例,胆漏(迷路毛细胆管)2例,切口脂肪液化1例,平均手术时间30min,术后平均住院时间3.5d,无死亡、无切口感染和2次手术。结论 DMIC是一项安全、疗效可靠和微创的手术方法。
