盾构掘进土层识别及刀盘转速控制策略研究 被引量:11

摘要 利用模拟盾构试验平台,研究了土压平衡盾构(EPB)掘进过程的土层识别方法,在此基础上提出了刀盘驱动功率效能评价方法,盾构刀盘转速适应土层变化专家控制策略,并对盾构刀盘驱动系统节能给出了新的途径.通过统计分类的模式识别方法分析了1.8 m EPB试验盾构在模拟土箱不同土层中的掘进试验数据,划分土层的类别,并使用贴近度的计算方法得到样本所属地层的量化参数,建立了土层识别方法.研究表明,以盾构掘进的场切深指数(FPI)、扭矩切深指数(TPI)构成的掘进土层状况的特征空间,具有很好的土层识别性,能够用于刀盘转速的闭环控制. Using the simulating test rig of the shield tunnelling machine, the earth layer recognition method in the course of the digging is studied for the earth pressure balance shield machine (EPB). Based on it,a new method is derived for the assessment of the driving power efficiency. Furthermore, a control strategy to the cutter head speed of the shield machine is proposed to adapt the earth layer variation and a new means of the power saving is also presented for the driving system of the shield machine. By analysing the tunneling process of a 41.8 m EPB test shield machine, classifying the earth layer sort by means of the statistical pattern classification method and gaining the quantity parameters of the earth layer by calculating the closeness-degree, earth layer recognition is eventually established. The characteristic variable space built by the Field Penetration Index (FPI) and Torque Penetration Index (TPI) of the shield machine demonstrates that the proposed method has good recognition performance and can be used to the close-loop control for the cutter head speed.
