索道桥耐荷分析与试验 被引量:6

摘要 为了分析索道桥的耐荷性能,提出了该类桥梁结构在车辆荷载作用下的垂度及索力的分析方法。基于挠度理论,以索的无应力长度相等作为平衡条件,考虑温度的影响,给出了活载作用于跨中及四分点时索桥垂度的计算公式。对某实桥进行了荷载试验,将其理论分析结果、有限元仿真分析结果及实测结果进行对比分析,结果表明:仿真分析值与实测值误差在1%以内,理论分析计算值与实测值误差在2%以内。由此可见,该理论方法能准确地评定既有索道桥的承载能力,也可供同类桥梁结构设计参考。 To analyze the load-carrying capacity of rope way bridge,the sag calculation method and its corresponding cable force under live load were put forward.Based on the deflection theory,and the temperature effect,the sag calculation formula of the rope way bridge was analyzed when the vehicle load was imposed on the mid-span and quarter-span taking equivalent non-stress length as the condition.A field test was carried out,whose results were compared to the simulated analysis results and the presented theoretical results.The errors between the analysis results and the test results were not more than 1%,and the errors between the theoretical results and the test results were not more than 2%.It demonstrates that the presented method can exactly evaluate the load-carrying capability of the existing rope way bridge,and can also give reference to the design of similar bridges.
