摘要 文章介绍了BOT模式给政府部门、投资经营者和项目使用者带来的问题,提出了解决BOT项目困境的方法,分析了PPP-BASED BOT项目融资的优越性。 The problems which were brought to government departments,investment managers and users by BOT model were discussed in this paper.Some solutions were put forward,and the advantages of the PPP-BASED BOT project financing were analyzed.
