摘要
驻车制动操纵手柄是汽车上的关键部件,其可靠性对安全运行至关重要,疲劳是可靠性分析的重要组成部分。通过三维设计软件CATIA建立驻车制动操纵手柄模型,并利用有限元分析法对其进行疲劳分析,获得其变形图和寿命分布图,对现实试验有很强的理论指导意义,有一定的工程推广价值。
Parking brake handle is a key component of a car. Its reliability is essential for safe operation. Fatigue is an important component of reliability analysis. This article establishes the model of parking brake handle by 3D design software CATIA,makes a fatigue analysis by finite element analysis method,gains deformation figure and fatigue life distribution figure,which provides a strong theoretical guidance for reality test and has certain promotion value.
