使用java语言作为前台访问数据库的工具,使用MYSQL数据库作为后台的数据库管理系统,设计和实现了一个房地产公司物业财务管理系统,能够完成管理用户权限及业主物业费、停车费、电费等财务信息。

Taking Java language as a tool of foreground accessing database,MYSQL database as the management system of background database,this paper designs and implements a property finance management system for estate companies,which can manage the users’ authority and the owners’ financial information,including property fee,parking fee and electricity fee,etc.
