教师专业化管理的个案研究——英国莱斯特中学

摘要 英国是教育发展相对先进的国家,对教师专业化管理问题研究得比较早,并且已经基本上建构了一整套教师专业化管理体制,经过多年的运行,对英国的教育事业有着长足的推动作用。本文以实地调查为基础,通过调查研究、个案描述和访谈等多种途径,初步探讨了英国教师专业化管理体制的运行情况,并就中国的教师专业化管理现状进行了反思,分析了对国外体制的可借鉴之处。 United Kingdom is an advanced country in education. The researches on teacher professionalization management start relatively earlier than other countries. A set of system of teacher professionalization management has been established,which improves U.K's education through many years of running. Based on praticle survey,this paper discusses the situation of teacher professionalization management system in U.K by investigation,case description and interviewing,reviews the present situation of teacher professionalization management in China and analyzes the experiences from overseas systems.
