本文通过对"团风"精神内涵的分析和深化,针对当今大学生思想道德建设和价值趋向存在的问题,结合工作实际,提出了加强大学生思想道德建设以及规划大学生职业生涯的具体措施。

Based on the analysis and deepening of ＂Tuanfeng＂ spiritual content,this article puts forward the specific measures on strengthening college students＇ ideological and moral construction and planning their occupational careers in accordance with the existing problems in ideological and moral construction and in value trend combining with the actual work.
