资源型城市经济发展方式的转变——以山东省济宁市为例

Transformation of the Mode of Economic Development for Resources-Oriented Cities——Taking Shandong Jining as an Example

加快转变经济发展方式是我国"十二五"规划的主线,资源型城市转变经济发展方式显得尤为迫切。济宁市作为典型的资源型城市,长期以来煤炭行业一业独大,劳动力密集型企业、高污染企业较多,产业规模普遍偏小,产品结构不合理,亟需调整产业结构、促进经济发展方式转变。目前,济宁市转变经济发展方式的思路包括积极发展传统优势产业、努力开发战略性新兴产业等。当然,资源型城市也需要通过思想引领、龙头企业带动、园区集聚、品牌提升、人才支撑、政策导向等战略举措促进经济发展方式转变。

As a resources-oriented city, Jining mainly relies on the coal industry and orther labour-intensive and high pollution industries. These industries are small in scale and the structure of their products is irrational. So it is essential for the city to vigorously push forward industrial restructuring and transform the mode of economic development. It is necessary to be active in developing traditional industries and make efforts to develop new strategic industries. In doing so, appropriate measures should be taken.
