摘要
阐述了生命周期评价的概念、原则和技术方法,分析了目前我国清洁生产审核的现状,认为生命周期评价作为国际上环境管理的一个重要技术工具,可将其指导思想和原则运用于清洁生产审核过程。在清洁生产审核各阶段运用生命周期评价方法,可提高清洁生产审核的技术水平及效果,丰富清洁生产审核的技术和方法,促进企业清洁生产。
This paper elaborates the concept,principle and technique of Life-cycle assessment,analyzes the present situation of Chinese cleaner production audit.Life-cycle assessment is an important technical tool of environmental management in the world.The guiding ideology and principle of Life-cycle assessment can be used in the process of cleaner production audit in order to improve the technical level and audit effect.
