高粱的饲用价值及其在应用中存在的问题

Feeding Value of Sorghum（Sorghum bicolor L.Moench） and Existing Problems of Application

高粱具有抗逆性强、适应性广、产量高等特点，其子粒和茎秆品质好、营养价值高、适口性好，是畜禽的优质饲料。畜牧业是我国的支柱产业，而饲料是畜牧业发展的基础，但是高粱作为饲料在我国畜牧业中应用很少。本文主要介绍了粒用高粱、甜高粱和草高粱的饲用价值及高梁作为饲料在实际应用中存在的问题，期望提高高粱作为饲料的认知程度，为更好地开展高梁饲料研究与开发提供参考。

Sorghum has many advantages such as strong stress resistance, extensive advantages, high yield, and its both of grain and stalk have good palatability and high nutritive value, so it is high quality as feed for livestock and poultry. Animal husbandry as a main industry in China, its development is based on feed, however, sorghum is used little to feed in China. This article mainly introduces the value of sorghum as feed and the problems of practical application in order to improve cognitive degree of sorghum as feed and provide references for research and development on sorghum as feed.
