宁夏黄土丘陵区退耕还林（草）效益评析

The Evaluation of the Comprehensive Effects of Converting Cropping Land to Forestry or Grassland in Loess Hilly Area of Ningxia

根据对彭阳县崾岘乡玉洼村8个典型农户的调查数据，综合分析了宁夏南部黄土丘陵区实施退耕还林（草）工程所取得的社会、生态和经济效益。证实了退耕还林（草）工程对农民的增收作用，讨论了工程实施中的不足。

Based on the investigation of 8 typical farmers lived Wang Wa village, Yao Xian town in Pengyang County of Ningxia, the social, ecological and economical effects of converting cropping land to forestry or grassland in loess hilly area of South Ningxia were analysed. The results showed that converting cropping land to forestry or grassland could increase income of farmers. Moreover, some shortages during converting cropping land to forestry or grassland were discussed.
