摘要
变压器油色谱在线监测系统用于在线检修变压器油中溶解的故障特征气体,可以使运行人员在集控室内对变压器中气体含量的变化及时进行诊断与分析,从而早期发现故障先兆,满足电厂对变压器早期故障诊断和检修决策监测的需要。文章列举了运行中1号主变C2H2含量高,3号主变氢气含量高的案例,介绍了通过变压器油色谱在线监测系统的实时监测、数据分析、判断缺陷的成功经验。
The transformer oil chromatography online monitoring system is used to monitor the fault characteristic gas dis- solved from the transformer oil online, which allows the operating personnel to diagnosis and analysis the variation of the gas in the transformer timely in the central control room, then find the fault sign at the early time, meeting the plant＇s needs of early time transformer fault diagnosis and maintenance decision-making. This paper takes high content of C2H2 in No. 1 main transformer during running as example, elaborating the successful experience of real-time monitoring, data analysis and judgment with transformer oil chromatography online monitoring system.
