Flow cytometry has been widely used in biological medicine, The feature of dual parameter flow cytometry was that it offered two kinds of different message fpr the same cell population. We succeeded in applying this useful tech-nique for detecting the proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis in human esophageal cancer cells. ln,this view, it was a good example that dual/multi parameter flow cytometry demonstrated perfect prospects in cancer research.
