摘要
目的探讨钼靶X线摄影与双波段红外检查对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法对120例乳腺疾病患者术前分别进行乳腺钼靶X线摄影及双波段红外检查,结合术后病理结果比较钼靶X线摄影和双波段红外检查诊断乳腺癌的灵敏度和特异度。结果术后病理活检证实,61例为乳腺癌,59例为乳腺良性病变。61例乳腺癌患者,钼靶X线摄影显示恶性51例,良性10例;双波段红外检查显示恶性51例,良性10例。59例乳腺良性病变患者,钼靶X线摄影显示良性48例,恶性11例;双波段红外检查显示良性44例,恶性15例。两种检查对乳腺癌诊断的灵敏度和特异度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论钼靶X线摄影和双波段红外检查对乳腺癌的诊断具有较高的灵敏度和特异度,双波段红外检查对患者无损害,价格低廉、易于发现致密腺体,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the values of molybdenum X-ray photography and dual-band infrared inspection in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods Totally 120 patients with breast lesions received molybdenum X-ray photography and dual-band infrared inspection separately before operation.The sensitivity and specificity of these two modes were compared based on the pathological findings.Results Biopsy confirmed that there were 61 cases of breast cancer and 59 cases of benign lesions.Of these 61 cases of breast cancer,mammography X-ray photography showed malignancies in 51 cases and benign findings in 10 cases;dual-band infrared examination showed malignancies in 51 cases and benign findings in 10 cases.Of 59 cases of benign breast lesions,mammography X-ray photography showed benign results in 48 cases and malignancies in 11 cases;dual-band infrared examination showed benign results in 44 cases and malignancies in 15 cases.The sensitivity and specificity of these two modes showed no significant difference in the diagnosis of breast cancer(P〈0.05).Conclusion Both molybdenum X-ray photography and dual-band infrared inspection have high sensitivity and specificity in diagnosing breast cancer.Since dual-band infrared inspection has no damage to human body,low cost,and easy to identify dense glands,it has higher clinical value for the diagnosis of breast cancer.
