摘要
目的了解参加业务技能培训的乡村女医生的从业现状及培训需求,为政府进一步发展乡村医生教育,增强培训效果提供依据。方法对参加培训的西北部三地区(河北、内蒙古、山西)149名乡村女医生实施问卷调查,收回有效问卷142份,有效率95.3%。结果 (1)乡村女医生的日常行医工作中,临床诊疗工作占65.2%,预防保健工作占25.2%;每周服务人次平均为67.6次;每天行医时间平均11.5h;乡村女医生每周平均出诊次数为16.5次,出诊费平均每次收取2.5元;(2)有63.3%的乡村女医生为中专学历;16.9%的乡村医生有执业医生资格证书;在乡、县级卫生机构接受培训率为80.0%以上;培训方式以会议讲座为主(45.1%);59.2%的乡村医生希望能经常在省市级卫生机构接受培训;142名乡村医生认为理想的培训时间是37d;78.9%的乡村医生希望以临床进修的方式接受培训;90.8%的希望通过培训更新知识。结论应当为乡村女医生提供更多的免费培训机会,提高培训级别、充实培训内容、延长培训时间。
Objective To analyses the actuality and demand in the educational and training area for rural doctors in the northwest region of China,and to supply the reference in improve the training effect for governments.Methods This study investigated 149 rural female doctors from Hebei,Inner Mongolia,Shanxi provinces and took back 142 effective questionnaires.The response rate is 95.3%.Results(1)Medical services(65.2%)and preventive health care(25.2%)were the main jobs delivered by female rural doctors in their routine work.The average service person-time were 67.6 times per week,and the rural female doctors spent average 11.5 hours in seeing patients every day.The average numbers of home visits per week was 16.5,and about 2.5 Yuan RMB was paid by patients for one home visit.(2)63.3% of rural female doctors received technical secondary education,and only 16.9% owned professional doctor qualification certificates.Above 80.0% of the doctors accepted township-level or county-level continuing medical education.59.2% of the rural female doctors hoped there were more changes to accept city-level medical education.The average time of 37 days was considered as an appropriate training duration.78.9% of 142 doctors were willing to accept education by clinical advanced study.90.8% of the doctors hope to update knowledge by training.Conclusion More free high-level continuing medical educational changes should be supplied to rural female doctors.
