摘要
国家奖助学金在高职院校现行教育、教学体系中对受助学生具有物质和精神的双重激励效应,并且精神激励比物质激励更具有连续性、持久性,使受助学生受"激"而"励"的功效最大化,从而实现高职院校"高素质"和"高技能"人才培养目标。
National scholarship produces both material and spiritual motivation in the present higher polytechnic education and teaching systems, and the spiritual motivation is more durable and sustainable than material motivation. "Motivation" helps to "encourage" students to the fullest extent, and only in this way can polytechnic colleges' teaching aim of developing "high quality" and "high skilled" talents be reached.
