摘要
针对传统超声波测试系统的弊端,利用工控机和高速数据采集技术开发超声波无损探伤系统,重点阐述超声波检测的关键环节:高速数据采集、信号处理、分析和成像技术。该系统具有检测准确、数据处理精确、显示直观等优点。
According to the fault of traditional ultrasonic testing system, the industrial computer and high speed data acquisition technology are used to develop an ultrasonic nondestructive testing. The key parts of ultrasonic detecting such as high speed data acquisition, signal process, analyze and imaging technologies are introduced. The system has advantages of accurate detection, accurate data processing and visual display.
