摘要
目的从循证医学角度综合分析干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)与农民肺的相关性。方法检索中国学术期刊网全文数据库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊数据库(维普资讯网)、美国国立图书馆PubMed数据库,检索时间段为1979年至2010年。检索出用干草小多孢菌(M.faeni)诱导的农民肺(farmer'slung)与IFN-γ、IL-17相关性研究的文献235篇,最终符合纳入标准的文献6篇。资料提取及复核各由1名评价者独立进行。采用Meta分析专用软件ReviewManager5.0进行统计分析。结果纳入的6个研究按检测时间点分为32个亚组,包括M.faeni吸入诱导的试验组小鼠164只,盐水或PBS溶液吸入的对照组小鼠164只。试验组小鼠IFN-γ表达明显高于对照组(SMD=1.13,95%CI[(0.66,1.61])(P<0.01),IL-17含量较对照组高(SMD=2.58,95%CI[1.77,3.39])(P<0.01)。结论 IFN-γ、IL-17在实验性农民肺中的表达明显升高,农民肺的发生、发展与细胞因子IFN-γ及IL-17密切相关。
Objective To assess the relationship between interferon(IFN)-?ìinterleukin(IL)-17 and farmer's lung.Methods The documents about IFN-?ìIL-17 expression in farmer's lung which was induced by M.faeni were analyzed quantitatively by Meta analysis. RevMan5.0 software was used.Results In total,164 mice (experiment group) induced by M.faeni and 164 mice(control group) given with saline or PBS were included in six studies,which were separated into 32 subgroups according to different detection time point. Compared with the controls,the expression of IFN-?ìIL-17 in experiment mice showed higher levels (IFN-?úSMD=1.13,95%CI [0.66,1.61],IL-17:SMD=2.58,95%CI[1.77,3.39]).Conclusions The expressions of IFN-?ìIL-17 in experiment mice with farmer's lung increase obviously,and may closely associate with the severity of farmer's lung.
