蒙古族地区健康人群缺血修饰白蛋白的参考范围 被引量:2

Established the Reference Range of Mongolian Ischemia Modified Albumin in Healthy Population

摘要 目的在全自动生化分析仪上采用国产试剂盒建立蒙古族地区健康人群缺血修饰白蛋白(IMA)生物学参考范围。方法应用长沙颐康科技开发有限公司生产的IMA试剂盒,在HITACHI 7600全自动生化分析仪上设计合理参数,建立白蛋白钴结合力(ACB)比色分析法测定IMA的检测系统,参照美国临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)C28-A2文件对该检测系统的性能进行验证和评价。测定592例健康人群(男性294例、女性298例,蒙古族236例、汉族356例)的血清IMA水平,建立蒙古族地区健康人群IMA参考范围。结果蒙古族与汉族之间、不同性别组间、不同年龄组间血清IMA平均水平比较差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05),蒙古族地区健康人群IMA水平单侧95%参考值范围为>66.23U/mL。结论不同地区、不同的实验室应参照NCCLS C28-A2对参考值范围进行调查或采取纠正措施。蒙古族地区健康人群IMA参考范围的建立对急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)的早期诊断、鉴别诊断和危险分层具有临床应用价值。 Objective The use of analyzer kits made in China on automatic biochemical is to establish the Mongolian Health Population ischemia modified albumin(IMA) biological reference range.Method Put IMA kits(produced by Yikang Technology and Development Co.Ltd.Changsha) on the HITACHI 7600 automatic biochemical analyzer and set up rational parameters.The detection system of the establishment of albumin cobalt binding capacity(ACB) colorimetric determination of IMA's refers to American National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards(NCCLS) C28-A2 document to verify and evaluate the performance of the detection system.Determine the serum IMA level of 592 cases of healthy people(male 294,female 298,236 Mongolian,Han 356) to establish the Mongolian Health Population IMA frame of reference.Results Between Mongolian and Han,between different gender groups and different age groups the average level of serum IMA was no significant difference(P all0.05),Mongolian healthy population levels of unilateral IMA 95% reference range66.23U/ml.Conclusions Different regions and different laboratories should refer to NCCLS C28-A2 on the reference value for investigation or to take corrective measures.The establishment of Mongolian Health Population IMA Reference Scope has clinical application to acute coronary syndrome(ACS),early diagnosis,differential diagnosis and risk stratification.
