目的探讨结缔组织疾病并发结核病的临床特点。方法分析53例结缔组织病并发结核病的患者的症状、病灶范围、及治疗效果。结果症状不典型,病灶范围广,经过正规抗痨治疗,效果与普通结核患者无明显差异。结论发现结缔组织病的患者应做结核病的相关检查,尤其是需要激素治疗的患者,必要时应予预防性抗痨治疗。

Objective Investigate the clinical features of connective tissue disease with tuberculosis.Methods 53 patients of connective tissue disease with tuberculosis were analyzed the symptoms,the lesions range and the therapeutic effect.Results The symptoms were not typical,had a wide range of lesions,after regular anti-TB treatment,the effect had no significant difference compared to the ordinary TB.Conclusion Patients with connective tissue disease found in TB-related inspection should be done especially in patients who need hormone therapy,if necessary there were should be preventive anti-TB treatment.
